Responsibilities

Write your own business plan and set your KPIs - with coaching and support

Commit daily to our Personal Development coursework to expand your mindset ongoing

Be an actively participant in weekly global training calls

Interview candidates and assess their suitability

Placements on channels such as google, Linkedin and others

Coach and mentor successful candidates ongoing

Qualifications

A natural love of Personal Development content

Set a strong example and demonstrate personal presence

Innate leadership ability

Strong people skills including written and verbal interactions

Empathy and connection ability, guiding people to course correct

An ability to work with diverse groups of people and support them on their growth journey
