Responsibilities

Develop your leadership skills: define your strategic direction and measure your progress, with ongoing coaching and guidance
Commit daily to our Personal Development coursework to expand your mindset ongoing
Be an active participant in weekly global training calls
Interview candidates and assess their suitability for our growth and empowerment modules.
Marketing placements with training on the optimal use of AI.
Coach and mentor successful candidates ongoing.

Qualifications

A natural love of Self Empowerment content.
Set a strong example and demonstrate personal presence.
Innate leadership ability.
Strong people skills including written and verbal interactions
Empathy and connection ability, guiding people to course correct
An ability to work with diverse groups of people and support them on their growth journey
Broad professional experience is suitable with specific interest in Coaching, Leadership, Executive Office, Marketing and Management.
